Rocketfish are a leading Search Engine Marketing (SEM) company based in Lancashire. Having enjoyed 10 years of success within the search marketing arena we are now looking to expand our team with the addition of an Affiliate Marketing Manager. This is the ideal role for a proactive affiliate marketing professional with experience of managing a variety of online media campaigns, looking to further their career with an innovative and successful company.

Job Details

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, recruiting and managing new affiliate partners.

Maintaining and growing our client’s affiliate marketing programs, you will maintain good relationships with affiliates and other partners. You will also be tasked with managing the creative development and execution to support the affiliate marketing effort, including copywriting, providing art direction and technical specifications.

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager you must have excellent decision making, problem solving and organisational abilities. Strong project management skills are also key skills.

This job will be based in our Manchester City Centre office.

Your other duties will include

• Monitoring affiliate practices and ensuring compliance
• Negotiating and reviewing affiliate advertising agreements
• Optimising buys and renegotiating rates
• Refreshing and optimising creative units and media placements

To be considered for this position, you must have

• Solid affiliate marketing experience
• A familiarity with affiliate marketing networks, such as Tradedoubler and Commission Junction
• Experience of managing a variety of online media campaigns
• A high level of computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office and various online interfaces used by affiliate companies
